Custom necktie tuffet
Do you have some special neckties and want them made into a special keepsake? I'll make a tie tuffet just for you! Each tuffet is unique and I will work hard to make it special for you.
Fabric requirements:
Tuffet top: 32 ties
Button: 1 tie, or a piece of fabric measuring 6 x 6 inches (actual button is 2 1/2 inches)
Bottom: Can be pieced from several ties (the sample pictured uses nine plus one more for the "binding"), but this could also be a shirt!
Trim: I used one tie for binding, but it could be simply stapled on, or decorative trim could be added.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I’m now including feet in the base price of the tuffet. I’ll let you know which feet I have available when you submit your order.
The fine print: Please indicate which tie you would like for the button, if you have a preference. Because this is a handmade item, there may be small flaws inherent with any handmade item. No refunds given on custom tuffets.
