feet order form

This page is for students to pre-order feet when attending a retreat or a finishing class at a shop. I always bring extra feet with me, but this will help make sure I have the feet that you want for your class. Please order no more than two weeks in advance to ensure that I have current feet in stock. Also note that there is a small possibility that more people will order a particular style than I have in stock. If you're undecided between two styles, go ahead and submit this form more than once. Also note that the prices on my website might be higher than the prices you pay in class -- this is a bonus to you for taking a class with me. Thanks!
